Product Manager - AI (Telco)

About the role

Lead the product development lifecycle for AI-driven telecom solutions, working from a home‑based setting within the EMEA time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, priorities and goals while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Communicate product status, decisions and updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Run usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate to improve user experience.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, create product documentation and provide training for sales and support teams.
• Oversee multiple product lines, ensuring consistent strategy and execution across teams.
• Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and resolve conflicts to keep business execution on track.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university level.
• Strong understanding of Linux and the open‑source software community.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning and the open‑source movement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining focus on key priorities.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.

Required skills

• Linux operating system knowledge.
• Understanding of computer architecture and application development.
• Familiarity with datacenters, cloud environments and device ecosystems.
