Property Consultant

About the role

TAHA PROPERTIES LTD, a real estate company operating in Muyenga and offering residential, commercial and investment property services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant in Kampala. The consultant supports clients in buying, selling and renting properties through professional advice, property viewings and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Prepare and present property information
• Coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
• Manage leads and keep accurate records of client interactions
• Follow up to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing activities, attend meetings and uphold company standards in client-facing work

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (an advantage)
• Prior experience in real estate or sales (an advantage)
• Strong consulting, communication, customer service and sales skills
• Foundational real estate knowledge, including local market trends, property regulations and transaction processes
