Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive business growth for Medisonmed Healthcare by identifying and developing new opportunities across hospitals, health centres, NGOs, government agencies and other healthcare institutions. You will promote and sell a range of medical equipment, laboratory supplies and healthcare solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health centres, NGOs, government agencies, laboratories, universities and private healthcare facilities.
• Promote and sell medical equipment, laboratory equipment, hospital furniture, consumables and healthcare solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Provide after‑sales support and manage ongoing customer relationships.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector and its purchasing processes.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
