Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Brand Care Limited is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Kampala office. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives for printed products, promotional items, and signage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand branding needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close B2B deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional material creation, and participate in product training.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.
• Experience in sales management or training, guiding team members and sharing best practices.
• Basic marketing knowledge and participation in campaigns or events.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in printing, advertising, signage or promotional products is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for tracking leads and customer interactions.
