Sales Associate – Insurance Agency

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our insurance agency in Kampala. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of our sales and marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with existing and prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage accounts efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers.
• Foster long‑term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile
