About the role

Kabex Motors Ltd, a car importation and dealership business, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Car Sales Personnel to join its team in Kampala. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, able to turn prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles.
• Promote and sell vehicles to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing and financing options.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
