About the role

Jerrybag LTD is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2B and corporate sales across Kampala. You will be responsible for building relationships with institutions, handling quotations, and representing the brand at events.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach companies, NGOs, schools, hotels and other institutions to develop B2B and corporate sales opportunities, including gifting and bulk orders.
Convert inquiries into sales, follow up on pending orders, and maintain long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and business associations, gathering market feedback and supporting marketing activities.
Report on sales performance, leads, field activities and customer feedback.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
Proactive, target‑driven, organized and comfortable working in the field.
