About the role
We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Kiboga. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and promoting our credit and financial services across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales volume.
- Acquire and onboard new clients for credit and financial products.
- Promote Boda Banja’s services through direct outreach and community engagement.
- Travel within Kiboga, often using a motorcycle, to meet clients and conduct field activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
- Confident riding a motorcycle or two‑wheeler.
- Based in or willing to work in Kiboga.
