Sales & Marketing Executive – Insurance Agency

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for an insurance agency. You will combine market research with strategic planning to attract new clients and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, prospect new customers, and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in market planning and research.
• Proven sales and marketing experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, capable of working independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in advertising or a related industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
