Sales & Marketing Executive – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency in Kampala is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and shape the agency’s market presence. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Insurance Agency Manager and combines sales execution with strategic marketing planning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and market plans to promote agency services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, client pitches and proposals.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on sales and marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within insurance or a related sector.
• Strong ability to develop promotional campaigns and market plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in advertising or a similar industry is a plus.
