Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, generating leads, presenting solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process. This field‑based role combines both inside and outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through business directories, social media platforms and client referrals.
• Develop and execute sales action plans, strategies and schedules.
• Maintain and update a customer database and sales‑promotional materials.
• Conduct direct marketing activities and manage corporate purchase programmes.
• Make sales calls, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor activity, and follow up on inquiries.
• Track competitors, market conditions and product developments.

Required profile

• Educated to a Decree level (equivalent secondary education).
• Knowledge of sales principles, customer service and basic business concepts.
• Proven experience in sales, including making presentations and achieving targets.
