About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala focuses on driving sales growth for an insurance agency. The representative will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and promote the agency’s marketing and advertising services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provide customer support and post‑sales assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to conduct client training and deliver post‑sales support.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles with a creative, strategic mindset.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
