About the role
Uwezo Microfinance Limited is seeking dynamic Sales Officers to drive business growth in its Kampala and Mbarara branches. The role focuses on prospecting, cold‑calling and building client relationships to promote the company’s financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate micro‑finance products and services to prospective clients.
Required profile
- Applicants must indicate whether they are applying for the Kampala or Mbarara branch.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age should be below 30 years.

What we offer
- Monthly salary up to UGX 300,000.
