About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its Kampala office. You will be responsible for generating new business, presenting insurance solutions to prospective clients, and building a robust pipeline of leads.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, assess needs, and propose tailored insurance service packages.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and ongoing account management.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kampala and engage with local businesses.
