Sales Representative - Simu

About the role

The Sales Representative – Simu will promote Watu Credit’s Simu products through a network of dealers and field officers (FOs). You will be responsible for expanding dealer coverage, training partners, and converting cash customers to credit, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review performance metrics, analyse trends, and address under‑performing dealers with improvement plans.
• Educate dealers on Simu products, conduct daily FO retraining on software updates, onboarding, installment plans and loan details.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with dealers and DSRs, providing operational support and ensuring route compliance.
• Submit daily activity reports covering visited routes, sales, issues and actions taken.
• Expand store coverage by adding new local dealerships and increasing store count each month.
• Provide market feedback on trends, competitor activity and pricing to adapt strategies.
• Drive conversion of cash customers to credit through dealer channels to boost revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, avoiding stock sales to dealers and poaching of FOs.
