About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Staff member to join its team in Kampala. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate insurance products.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets on a regular basis.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and spot new business opportunities.
• Target‑driven mindset with effective time‑management and organisational skills.

• Previous experience in the Kampala market is a plus.
