Sales Team Lead - Jinja

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating across the East African region. On behalf of its client in the renewable energies sector, it is hiring a Sales Team Lead based in Jinja. The role covers recruiting and training sales agents, managing the team and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and train sales agents, including onboarding them so they can meet company KPIs
• Carry out daily and weekly check-ins with the team to maximise productivity
• Manage, track and report lead generation and selling processes
• Coordinate after-sales customer service to protect brand strength
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to define leads and sales KPIs, and push for sales closures
• Build relationships with clients, partners and the community so allocated clusters are fully used

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in a sales role in the energy sector
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think and plan strategically, work under deadline pressure and handle rejection gracefully
• Organised, with strong time management at personal and team level
