Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Dialog Digi Connections is seeking a Senior Finance Manager on a part‑time basis. The role is based in Kamwokya with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on‑site and remote activities. You will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash‑flow management.
• Supervise preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor internal controls, improve financial processes and support audit activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on cost optimisation, revenue growth and risk management.
• Coordinate with external partners such as banks and advisors.
• Mentor finance team members and implement best practices in reporting.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in cash‑flow management, cost control and financial risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
