Shop Executive

About the role

The Sun King Store Executive will ensure that the store meets its performance targets in both quality and quantity. You will manage inventory, oversee repairs, generate reports, and maintain a welcoming retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and track stock, apply FIFO standards, and manage dispatches.
• Maintain stock cards, Goods Received/Issued logs, and perform daily cycle counts.
• Handle faulty stock, conduct monthly stocktakes, and manage spare parts reorders.
• Prepare daily on‑hand stock reports and issue‑out reports for stakeholders.
• Perform basic checks and repairs on in‑warranty returns, and manage repair tools.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, arrange SKUs, ensure safety at the workbench, and assist walk‑in customers.
• Verify warranty eligibility of faulty components and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, integrity, proactive attitude, and customer focus.
• Team player with flexibility and proven report‑writing ability.
• Computer literate with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of Sun King products and territory knowledge are advantages.
