Systems Completion Administrator (TIL)

About the role

The Systems Completion Administrator improves the Completions discipline within McDermott by applying best practice and knowledge of internal or external issues. The role acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, sharing conceptual and practical expertise, and solves complex problems to improve products and services. It affects customer, operational, project and service activities with the Completions team and others, ensuring work follows the right guidelines and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects
• Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Work with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Petroleum Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO and ASTM
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry
