About the role
We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Research Assistant to join our remote team on a part‑time basis. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to health‑literacy research that supports underserved communities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and gather health‑related data from various sources.
- Assist with data collection, cleaning, and basic statistical analysis.
- Compile and interpret findings to support ongoing research projects.
- Draft sections of research reports, presentations, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality deliverables and meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in data analysis concepts and familiarity with statistical software or tools.
