Enterprise Account Manager – Central, Eastern & Northern Regions

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead our B2B relationships across the Central, Eastern and Northern regions of Uganda. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned business customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular account reviews, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
• Present product and service offerings, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and provide performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, support and product teams to address client needs and support business objectives.
• Deliver client presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
