Fieldforce Team Leader (Healthcare Sales)

About the role

The Fieldforce Team Leader will oversee a hybrid team of medical representatives, driving commercial performance and ensuring high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals and pharmacies across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of hybrid medical representatives.
• Conduct regular field accompaniment and coaching sessions to enhance capability and performance.
• Set clear objectives, performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability.
• Ensure effective execution of detailing, merchandising, pharmacy activations and promotional activities.
• Monitor territory coverage, call effectiveness and support product launches.
• Drive achievement of team sales targets and analyze performance metrics.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilitate educational events.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting, CRM utilization and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors.
• Previous experience leading or coaching sales and field‑based teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and pharmacy operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and team effectiveness.
