Insurance Sales Executive – Luweero & Nakasongola

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Luweero town and the surrounding Nakasongola area. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on acquiring new clients and promoting a range of insurance products. You will work closely with brokers and carriers to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in the Luweero and Nakasongola regions.
• Present suitable insurance products, explain coverage options, benefits and terms.
• Conduct needs assessments, prepare quotes and follow up leads to close sales.
• Maintain accurate client records and handle policy renewals and updates.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and carriers as required.
• Provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries and support clients with claims or policy changes.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Solid customer service skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and brokerage practices, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Goal‑oriented, comfortable with basic numerical calculations for quoting.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services or sales is an advantage.
