Inventory Operator

About the role

The Inventory Operator is responsible for managing daily inventory activities within a warehouse environment. You will ensure that materials are received, stored, and issued accurately while supporting the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep inventory records up‑to‑date.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare inventory reports and collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to reduce waste and loss.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
