Revenue Growth & Trade Marketing Director

About the role

The Revenue Growth & Trade Marketing Director will lead Coca‑Cola Beverages Uganda’s efforts to drive sustainable revenue growth and elevate trade marketing performance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this senior leader will shape pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies while strengthening shopper engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic pricing and promotional plans to maximise revenue and ROI.
• Lead trade‑marketing initiatives that enhance category performance and shopper engagement.
• Optimise the product portfolio to align with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Drive commercial policy optimisation and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify and develop high‑potential channels to expand market reach.
• Monitor and analyse trade data to assess effectiveness of initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in revenue growth, trade marketing or commercial strategy within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
