Sales Executive – On‑site in Kampala (must reside in Luweero)

About the role

The Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Kampala, representing an insurance agency branch. Applicants must live in Luweero Town or nearby areas. The role focuses on generating new business, presenting agency services, and creating proposals that meet client marketing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through market research and outreach.
• Present agency services, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with creative and marketing teams.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Meet assigned sales targets and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills with a results‑driven attitude.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Residence in Luweero Town and willingness to work on‑site in Kampala.

Required skills
