Sales & Marketing Agent – Retail & Field Sales Manager

About the role

Ramcogas is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Agent to lead its retail shops and field sales team in Kampala. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will drive business plans, achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Lead weekly and monthly sales meetings, analyse performance and implement improvement actions.
• Coach, train and develop sales staff to build a high‑performing team.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors, trends and best practices.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory control, loss prevention and promotional execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and financial controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail and field sales operations.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Good understanding of the company’s products and the competitive landscape.
