Sales Person – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

HS Green Energy Engineering Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Person to promote and sell its renewable energy products and services across Uganda and internationally. The role combines field work with office activities, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell green energy products to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analysis for customers to match solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling and maintain positive business relationships.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule and provide regular market and sales reports.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential and track sales status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
• Continuously improve performance through feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales representative with a track record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work both in the field (60%) and office (40%).
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital marketing tools.
