Salesperson – Local candidates from Lweero Town

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Salesperson position is based in Kampala and is open only to candidates who live in Lweero Town or nearby areas. You will act as the front‑line representative of an advertising agency, driving new business and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in Kampala and surrounding districts.
• Present the agency’s services, follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Visit clients, make sales calls and prepare basic proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress against sales targets.
• Gather client feedback to help improve service offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.

Required profile

• High school certificate; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Comfortable working in the field and engaging with diverse businesses.
• Fluency in English and local languages used in Kampala and Lweero.
