Social Media Ads Manager (Facebook & TikTok)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Social Media Ads Manager to lead paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to design, launch and optimise advertising that drives measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Manage daily and monthly budgets, allocate spend, and optimise bids to meet CPA, CPL and ROAS targets.
• Build and refine audience segments using custom audiences, look‑alike models and pixel data.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, formats and landing pages to improve relevance scores and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce platform‑specific ad creatives.
• Track, analyse and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, policy updates and emerging trends on social platforms.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of hands‑on experience running paid social campaigns.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to interpret performance data and optimise ROI.
• Professional certifications such as Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Google Ads are highly preferred.
• Strong copywriting ability to craft persuasive ad hooks and calls‑to‑action.
