About the role
The Branch Supervisor will lead sales and collections activities within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met and operational processes run smoothly. The role involves managing agents, handling credit collections, and maintaining stock and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing plans and manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including scheduling and overseeing sales agents and team leaders.
- Recruit, train, and retain a network of reliable sales agents, team leaders, and influencers, and track their performance.
- Provide training and support for debt collection, liaise with credit teams, and ensure timely collections and repossession recommendations.
- Oversee asset and stock management, ensuring proper custody, monthly stock counts, and accurate sales records.
- Support quick resolution of client complaints, working with collections officers to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
