Commission-Based Sales Representative – Loans

About the role

The Commission Hunter is a full‑time, on‑site sales position based in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving the uptake of micro‑finance loan products, building a pipeline of new clients and meeting aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and approach potential borrowers in the target market.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and guide customers through the application process.
• Conduct field visits, maintain strong relationships with clients and partner organisations.
• Capture client information accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report sales performance regularly to branch and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic financial literacy and ability to explain loan terms responsibly.
• Effective communication in English and local languages.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced field environment.
• High school diploma; additional business, marketing or finance qualification is a plus.
