About the role
The Field Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that client sites, equipment, properties and facilities in Kampala are inspected, maintained and kept safe. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a real‑estate operations environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular field inspections of client sites, equipment, properties and facilities.
- Perform or coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, water, furniture and structural issues.
- Follow safety protocols, carry out hazard assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and oversee technical fixes.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently on site and follow safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills for vendor coordination.
