Finance Officer & Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Officer who will also provide executive administrative support. The role combines core finance tasks such as accounts receivable/payable and VAT processing with day‑to‑day office coordination for the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records.
• Prepare and process VAT EFRIS invoices and related documentation.
• Conduct basic credit assessments and assist with customer account evaluations.
• Support collections activities, including follow‑ups and field visits.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Process invoices, payments, expense claims and petty‑cash transactions.
• Maintain filing system for financial records and supporting documents.
• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring and timely data entry into accounting systems.
• Provide administrative assistance to management: schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, minutes and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, manage office supplies and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software (preferred).
