Lubricants Territory Manager – Reseller

About the role

The Lubricants Territory Manager will report to the Lubricants Sales Manager and operate in the field, driving sales and business development across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet volume, revenue and margin targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share with distributors, workshops, fleets, industries and retail customers.
• Support distributors and resellers to achieve sales targets and ensure product availability.
• Conduct market visits, monitor competitor performance and run joint promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market analysis, providing recommendations for growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of sales experience in lubricants, FMCG, oil & gas or related industries, with territory and distributor management experience.
• Valid driving permit is mandatory.
