About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its Sales and Marketing department. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business through consultative selling and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads using consultative sales techniques.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with agency objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and business planning abilities.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
