About the role
The Branch Supervisor will lead a field sales team focused on car logbook loan products in the Iganga area. This role involves managing sales performance, ensuring loan processing quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise field sales representatives.
- Monitor sales cycles, loan processing workflows, and credit risk assessments.
- Track portfolio quality, repayment follow‑up, and overall team performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in financial services or car logbook loan sales.
- Proven track record in team leadership, recruitment and training.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of car logbook loan products and sales cycles.
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment, loan processing procedures and portfolio management.
