About the role
The Branch Supervisor will lead a field sales team focused on car logbook loan products in the Nakawa area. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing sales agents while ensuring loan processing standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise a distributed field sales team.
- Monitor loan processing workflows, credit analysis and portfolio quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in financial services or micro‑finance.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of car logbook loans and sales cycles.
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment, repayment follow‑up and portfolio management.
