About the role
Q-Sourcing Servtec, a manpower management firm operating across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan, is recruiting Direct Sales Executives on behalf of a client in the telecommunications sector. The position is based in Kampala, within the Home Broadband department, reporting to the Lead Direct Sales. The role covers generating and closing sales of MiFi, 4G and 5G routers for individual, corporate, home and office customers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and close sales within assigned territories and focus areas
- Onboard and activate new customers
- Support handling of customer escalations
- Identify and run market activations
- Submit daily reports covering sales, pipeline and challenges/issues
- Take part in scheduled meetings and training sessions
- Follow routes and journey plans set by the supervisor and sales lead
- Adhere to company policies
The role has final decision-making authority and contributes directly to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
