Feasibility Study Consultant for Uganda Mortgage Refinance Company

About the role

The consultant will lead a feasibility study for the establishment of the Uganda Mortgage Refinance Company (UMRC). The assignment involves data collection, analysis, and the production of a comprehensive study report in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the client with all datasets used to generate charts, graphs, and figures, preferably in Excel format.
• Prepare all written outputs in English, following the specified formatting guidelines (single‑line spacing, Times New Roman 12 pt, page numbering, acronyms list, table of contents, footnotes, references, annexes, and appendices).
• Ensure that all submitted work is original, properly cited, and acknowledges all reference documents and data sources.
• Deliver a complete feasibility study report that addresses the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of establishing UMRC.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies, preferably in the financial or mortgage sector.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent written communication in English and attention to detail in report formatting.
