About the role
Zenka Finance is hiring a Field Sales & Onboarding Agent in Kampala. The role represents the brand directly to the public at high-traffic locations, driving awareness and sign-ups while guiding new users through the initial onboarding steps.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand in the field through direct, face-to-face engagement with the public at high-traffic locations across Kampala.
- Drive awareness and sign-ups by explaining the platform clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
- Collect customer information accurately and guide them through the initial onboarding steps.
- Work as part of a coordinated activation team and attend briefings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times.
- Report daily on activations, leads generated and any relevant field observations.
