Head of Performance and Reporting

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client Total Energies, it is recruiting a competent, skilled and experienced Head of Performance and Reporting to work in Kampala.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming sessions on performance bottlenecks and improvements.
• Identify performance initiatives in operations, present them to leadership and manage and track their implementation.
• Perform spot analysis on low-performing activities.
• Support entities in defining and preparing KPIs, and implement communication of KPIs across the organisation.
• Drive strategic alignment and tracking for RADAR projects.
• Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to choose the right methodology for performance improvement, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives.
• Support audits and help translate audit findings into performance improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc Honours degree in engineering disciplines in an industrial context.
• At least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong experience in fast-paced, evolving environments and in cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter, open-minded, with excellent communication skills.
