Investment Financial Advisor – Client Advisory (Kampala)

About the role

The Investment Financial Advisor will join Mayfair Asset Managers in Kampala, working hybrid to provide tailored investment and financial planning advice to individuals, corporates and institutional clients. The role focuses on understanding client goals, risk tolerance and time horizons to design appropriate investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess financial objectives and develop personalized investment proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on investment strategies and collective investment schemes.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and monitor performance against agreed targets.
• Perform market and product research to identify suitable investment opportunities.
• Support business development through prospecting, networking and client education sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with Capital Markets Authority regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial advisory and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, ethical and client‑centric mindset.
