About the role

Join the iconic No7 brand as a Beauty Advisor, helping customers discover skincare and makeup solutions that boost confidence. You will work in a vibrant retail environment, delivering personalized consultations and sharing the science behind No7 products.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools.
• Explain product science in clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Offer expert makeup advice, including shade matching and routine building.
• Drive sales, meet targets and promote new launches.
• Build long‑term relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a well‑presented counter showcasing the No7 range.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to achieve commercial results.
