Relationship Manager - Institutional Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will market the bank’s products and manage customer relationships through proactive and consultative approaches. The aim is to acquire profitable new business, retain existing relationships and support the branch’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business relationships to meet sales targets, focusing on liabilities and asset growth.
• Identify and develop opportunities within the existing portfolio and manage the assigned deposit portfolio.
• Market all bank products to targeted segments and conduct regular customer visits and calls.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and maintain a comprehensive database of relationships and prospects.
• Cross‑sell bank products such as FX and Trade Finance and attend weekly business meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
