Remote Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Digtech Solutions Hub, a digital solutions company based in Mbarara City, Uganda, is looking for a remote, commission-only Sales and Marketing Representative to connect with potential clients across Uganda and turn business opportunities into paying customers. There is no fixed monthly salary; earnings depend on sales generated, with a 25% commission on qualifying sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, institutions and referral partners across Uganda.
• Generate qualified leads and explain the services, recommending suitable solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations by phone, WhatsApp, online meetings and other channels, and follow up consistently to close sales.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners, decision makers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, opportunities and completed transactions.
• Coordinate with the company to obtain quotations, confirm service details and help with client onboarding.

Required profile

• Confident communicator, self-motivated and interested in sales, marketing, business development or digital solutions.
• Ability to identify potential customers and follow up consistently.
• A smartphone or computer and reliable internet access.
• Discipline to work remotely, organise activities and report progress.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Commission of 25% on qualifying sales, payable after the client has paid the deposit and the payment is confirmed.
