Sales Growth Manager – Workforce Solutions

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited is a manpower management and workforce solutions firm active across East Africa, supporting international brands through recruitment, payroll and people management services and outsourcing. It is looking for a Sales Growth Manager for Q-Sourcing Uganda, reporting to the Head of Business, Strategic Markets Uganda. The role defines and drives revenue generation, market expansion and business development in Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-informed growth strategy for Uganda, translating commercial priorities into a plan with targets, timelines and resources, and contributing to annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify new opportunities in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, FMCG, NGOs, manufacturing and the public sector, and set sector- and market-entry strategies.
• Build and oversee a quality sales pipeline, own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic accounts and monitor sales operations so targets are tracked and course-corrected in real time.
• Design client acquisition and retention strategies, act as a senior relationship owner for key clients and develop tailored value propositions.
• Forge strategic partnerships, collaborate with technical, marketing, operations and finance teams, and represent the company at industry events.
• Gather market intelligence, track KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for the Head of Business, Uganda.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, ideally in professional services, outsourcing, HR/workforce solutions or a related B2B environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and market-share targets.
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan commercial and regulatory landscape.
