Senior Personal Banker

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Personal Banker to join our team and drive growth through client acquisition and loan management. The role focuses on building relationships, evaluating credit applications and ensuring a healthy loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new personal banking clients.
- Process loan applications, assess creditworthiness and recommend approvals.
- Manage and monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.
- Promote loan products and cross‑sell banking services.
- Maintain accurate records and support loan recovery efforts.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven capability to market loan products and recruit clients.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of financial concepts.
- Excellent record‑keeping and loan‑recovery skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field is an advantage.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office).
