About the role
The Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator provides essential operational support to the Regional Area team, ensuring that procurement, logistics, administration, and fleet services are delivered on time, to standard, and in compliance with Plan International policies and Ugandan law.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and logistics operations, ensuring timely acquisition and delivery of goods and services.
- Manage administration and office services, including fleet management, to support project implementation.
- Develop, assess and implement safety and security protocols for staff in the region.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Specialist and Team Lead to align support services with the Country Strategy.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to provide operational support across procurement, logistics, administration, and fleet functions.
- Knowledge of Plan International policies and Ugandan legal requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Experience in risk assessment and implementation of safety and security measures for staff.
